What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address so we can fulfil and ship your order. Payment card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure checkout page — we never see or store your full card number.
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message so we can reply to you.
How we use your data
- To process and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
- To respond to enquiries sent via our contact form.
- To keep basic records required for accounting and tax purposes.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary information with Stripe (our payment processor) to take payment, and with our delivery provider to ship your order. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, subject to our legal obligations (e.g. financial record-keeping). To do so, email info@beezi.ie.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to remember what's in your cart and to keep you securely signed in to our admin area. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
