Orders & payment

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock — in that case we'll refund you in full.

Delivery

See our Delivery page for shipping rates and timelines. Made-to-order items (such as beehives) may take longer to dispatch, as noted on the product page.

Returns & refunds

If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@beezi.ie and we'll do our best to put it right. Due to food safety, opened food products (including honey) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Because our honey is a natural, minimally processed product, appearance, colour and texture (including crystallisation) may vary between batches — this is normal and doesn't affect quality.

Allergen & safety information

Please read individual product pages carefully for allergy and safety notes (for example, bee pollen and propolis are not recommended for people with bee-product allergies, or for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals). If in doubt, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
