Raw honey is packed with nutrients and antioxidants. It's kinder to your blood sugar, good for your heart, and may even help with healing. While honey starts out as a sweet, golden liquid made by bees from flower nectar, it can also crystallise over time — that's totally natural and doesn't change its goodness.
